Eileen Christie, RMT
Founder
Being a full time RMT for 16 years, Eileen has gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience from her time in rehabilitation and multidisciplinary clinics, gym and spa settings and mobile corporate on-site outreaches. Throughout her treatments Eileen will incorporate Swedish massage techniques, trigger point and deep tissue therapy, advanced cupping therapy, myofascial release as well as prenatal / postpartum care, post-surgical support, lumbar and pelvic fascial release and Indie Head treatments.

Sara Malison, B.Sc, RMT
As a former competitive athlete and a mom, Sara has an innate understanding of how important it is that your body be able to move at peak performance both on the field and for whatever life throws at you. Her passion for anatomy and biomechanics led her to complete her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph in Biology and continue to pursue her Massage Therapy degree and graduate with honours from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. Sara’s treatments are focused yet fluid as she incorporates a variety of Swedish Massage techniques, superficial and deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and Cupping therapy to personalize your treatment to your unique needs, even from session to session. One of her main goals is to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing environment in which to help you maintain your performance, prevent injuries, and integrate practices that allow your body the space to heal.

She then went on to further her knowledge of the power of the body by completing her Massage Therapy degree to graduate, with honours, in 2020 from Medix College of Healthcare. Sophie‘s main focus is to work with you to customize a balanced and smooth treatment with your goals in mind. Her keen interest and connection to energy work along with her skills in Swedish Massage techniques, myofascial and trigger point therapy, Cupping massage, Hot Stone therapy and Indie Head massage will help give your body the gentle push it needs towards a more settled and peaceful state in which to allow self-healing to take place.
Nicole Legault, RMT
With a recent escape from the hustle and bustle from a larger city to the smaller feel of the Guelph area, Nicole understands the importance of slowing down, being present and tuning in. Since 2015, Nicole has been dedicated to a mindful, problem-solving approach to massage therapy care. Her background working with rehabilitation and injury prevention clients has led her to passionately focus on holistic wellness and patient empowerment while creating attainable treatment plans. While Nicole has a particular interest in Fascial therapy and perinatal care, her treatments incorporate a variety of techniques from General Swedish massage, deep tissue to trigger point therapy, all centered around your unique goals. In her spare time, you can find Nicole hiking with her Jack Russell, Luna.
Niki Wright, RMT; Osteopathy student
As an RMT and student of Osteopathy, Niki views the body as an interconnected, adaptive system with the ability to self-regulate. Each session is a co-created process, tailored to honor the body’s natural rhythms and intelligence. Niki’s goal is to guide clients back to balance with care, creativity, and deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Rooted in fascination for art, learning, and nature’s complexity, Niki brings a holistic and thoughtful presence to her work. Her approach combines General Swedish Massage with Stretch Therapy, Myofascial release, and Muscle Energy techniques to restore balance, movement, and ease. Beyond massage therapy, she spends her time playing, creating and collaborating with friends and loved ones.
Ozzy, Casual Office Greeter
Ozzy is the ‘puppy’ of Eileen’s crew and has been coming to the office weekly since about 14 weeks old This big fluff ball is a gentle giant and will eagerly greet you with his ‘office bat’ and will accept all bum scratches and even offer up high fives to brighten your day. His sweet demeanour will melt your stresses away before you even make it to the table. Ozzy loves booping hair buns as he enters the treatment room and will quickly settle himself to sleep in a corner of the room and his light snores will set the quiet tone to lull you off to the dream world. Ozzy only comes to work if we know that every person on the schedule is comfortable with him being there. He is also available by request :)
